The Albany Business Review recently reported on the Dolomite Products victory from the New York State Appellate Division upholding the lower court’s decision in a matter involving the Town of Ballston. The Town of Ballston attempted to block the Dolomite Products project to erect an asphalt-batching plant at the Curtis Lumber Industrial Park.
