On October 14, 2015, Adam Schultz, an attorney in Couch White, LLP’s Oil and Gas, Environmental, Energy, Construction and Land Use, Zoning and Real Estate practice groups, spoke at The Business Council 2015 Annual Environment Conference. The presentation was entitled “Liquefied Propane Gas Fracturing” and was an overview of a project to drill the first horizontal Marcellus Shale well in New York.
