On July 5, 2013, the Appellate Division, Third Department, issued a Decision and Order permitting The National Black Chamber of Commerce, The Black Chamber of Commerce of Western New York, and The Black Chamber of Commerce of New York City (collectively, the “Black Chamber of Commerce”) to file an amicus brief in support of a lawsuit that was commenced last year against the New York State Department of Transportation.
